IPSOM welcomes eligible health plan participants and dependents to the Cape Girardeau Mini-Health Fair for preventive care, wellness resources, screenings, and family-friendly activities. Attendees can connect with benefit partners, schedule preventive visits, receive select health screenings, and enjoy food, drinks, games, and kids’ activities during the Local 1770 and Carpenters Health Plan picnic.   • St. Louis Wellness Center annual preventive visit scheduling
  • Flu shots
    • Ages 2 and up
    • Age 65+ vaccine available: Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent inactivated flu vaccine
  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Point-of-care finger prick cholesterol screenings (non-fasted)
    • Ages 18 and older
