Health Fairs
The health of our participants and their families directly impacts the health of our health plan, and gathering as a Brotherhood and Sisterhood is an important part of being UNION STRONG. By improving the health of our participants, we create a stronger workforce, decrease time off for illness and injury, improve productivity and reduce claims incurred. It’s a win/win for everyone.
In Kansas City and St. Louis, stay after the health fair for a picnic full of activities sponsored by your Locals.
Please note, only participants and dependents covered under the health plan are eligible to register for services at our health fairs.

Participants and families are encouraged to engage in the provided health screenings and services, peruse through the vendor fair, and take advantage of the variety of fun activities for all ages.

Health Screenings & Wellness Services
In addition to all the fun activities at each of our health fairs, we offer many opportunities for our participants to engage in health screenings and wellness services. While most services are for any covered individual age two or older, covered individuals, 18 years or older, who participate in an onsite health screening, flu shot, or other wellness service will be entered in a Sweepstakes drawing to win one of our participation prizes. By participating in Carpenters Health Fair Participation Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to the Health Fair Terms & Conditions. Participation Sweepstakes Prizes and Terms & Conditions will be announced later this summer.

Participate and earn a chance to win!
Campaign participants must be at least 18 years old and covered under Carpenters Health Plan (Active or Medicare Advantage) and must engage in at least one health opportunity during the applicable health fair in which the covered individual participates. Winners will be selected and notified in October, upon the conclusion of all 2026 Carpenters Health Fairs.
