McKelvey Homes is partnering with Fischer Homes on a unique development in the Affton area.
Along with 188 new homes, the Preserve (adjacent to Resurrection Cemetery) – which officially broke ground on Wednesday – will feature a large trail system, owl and bat houses, a bird sanctuary and bee pollination area to accommodate native wildlife. “Our plan is to preserve the natural beauty of the site while creating the best residential community in Affton.” McKelvey and Fischer broke ground on the 70-acre development this week.
