Our Health Fair Vendors

We’re building stronger lives together. This fair brings hands-on demos, partners and local vendors, and practical tools across five pillars—Career, Physical, Social, Financial, and Mental Health. Grab a Passport to Progress, visit our vendor booths, and see how small actions add up to big wins for you and your crew.

Please note, only participants and dependents covered under the health plan are eligible to register for services at our health fairs.

Lisle Health Fair

Our Health Fair Services

Take advantage of free health and wellness services available during the IPSOM Health Fair. Eligible Health Plan participants and covered dependents can receive helpful screenings, learn more about their benefits, and connect with resources designed to support long-term health.

Services include:

  • Flu shots
  • Ages 2 and up
  • Age 65+ vaccine available: Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent inactivated flu vaccine
  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Point-of-care finger prick cholesterol screenings (non-fasted)
  • Ages 18 and older
  • NEW: Carotid artery screenings
  • Ages 18 and older, limited appointments available
  • Hearing screenings, provided by Start Hearing
  • T-shirts (one per attendee)
  • Participation Sweepstakes
